30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as outlined above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
